LucianaLabs Information Technology Solutions ("LucianaLabs," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through it, why we collect it, and how it's handled, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules.
This policy covers the LucianaLabs company website only. Invituin and PAWrtal are separate products, each with its own privacy policy governing the data you provide when you use those products directly.
Information we collect
Browsing this website on its own does not require you to give us any personal information, and we don't use cookies or third-party analytics to track visitors.
If you submit the PAWrtal "Get notified at launch" waitlist form, we collect the information you enter: clinic name, clinic address, contact person name, phone number, and email address.
If you email us directly (for example, at support@lucianalabs.com), we receive whatever information you choose to include in that email.
How we use your information
We use waitlist submissions only to:
- Notify you when PAWrtal becomes available
- Respond to you about your interest in PAWrtal
- Understand demand for PAWrtal so we can plan its launch appropriately
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Legal basis for processing
We process waitlist information on the basis of the consent you give by checking the agreement box before submitting the form, in accordance with Section 12 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at support@lucianalabs.com.
Who we share it with
Waitlist information is shared internally with the team building PAWrtal, since that's the reason it was collected. We do not share it with Invituin, and we do not share it with any outside organization, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist submissions until PAWrtal launches and you've been notified, or until you ask us to delete your information, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:
- Be informed that your personal data is being processed
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Object to or withdraw consent for processing
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure or blocking of your data
- Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC)

Children's privacy
This website and the PAWrtal waitlist are intended for business contacts at veterinary clinics, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
